About Me
Originally from London England, I moved out to California once graduating The University of Manchester with my BSc in Sociology. Rooted in a desire to help others with their physical and mental health, I decided to pursue a career in a long term hobby - fitness. With a 14 year background in performance based classical ballet, and a current 4 years of competitive powerlifting, taking stage with NorCal (2), SPF and USPA, I went back and got certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After working for almost 2 years at Equinox, I decided to go independent.
I specialize in rehab, performance sports, powerlifting, lean muscle building, power-building and overall health and wellness. I love what I do because it gives me the opportunity to work with a range of lifestyles, age groups and movement abilities. I’m driven by an interest in helping others find their confidence and happiness in taking care of themselves, within the gym and in their daily lives.
